Bible Personality Profiles
Personality profiles are concise biographical sketches. The apostle Paul pointed out to the Corinthian believers that the things that happened to Old Testament people
"happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition"
(I Corinthians 10:11). In a similar way, the New Testament provides believers with many illustrations of people responding to God in one way or another.
By studying the
personality profiles below and reading their stories in the Bible, you can learn much about these individuals whose lives God chose to record in Scripture for our benefit.
"Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure [the Word of God] things new [New Testament] and old [Old Testament]" (Matthew 13:52).
