Customer Relations

Christ-Centered Art appreciates receiving your questions, thoughts, and concerns via e-mail. Please know that we do our best to respond to every reasonable e-mail we receive.

However, in an effort to be wise stewards of our time and energy, we can't guarantee a reply to every e-mail. Your prayers and continued understanding are appreciated as we develop ways to better serve you.

Holiday Closings

Christ-Centered Art will be closed from December 24th through December 28th. We will respond to your e-mails and phone calls as soon as we return.

Shipping Delays

Most of the artwork we sell is in stock and ready to ship. Please call us if you need to know about the status of a specific item. Framed artwork is often made to order and sometimes requires up to 3 weeks delivery time. Items listed with free shipping are shipped regular Fed-Ex or UPS Ground. Express shipping has an additional fee.

New Projects

We currently are in the process of adding an Account Login, Wish List, and Shopping Cart to our website in order to simplify your shopping experience. Although we currently have a Search Box on our website, it is not fully functional since it only applies to merchandise published by Somerset House. Thank you for your patience while these database-driven sections of our site are under construction.

Spoofed E-mail Addresses

Our e-mail address has been a victim of numerous DDOS attacks recently, and on top of that, numerous spam messages have been sent out from an illegal advertising agency with our address listed as the sender. This is known as "spoofing."

If you have received a spam e-mail with our e-mail address on it, please contact us immediately and copy & paste the body of the message so we can identify the spamming IP address and pass it over to proper authorities.
