This image entitled Daniel in the Lion's Den is no fairy tale! It depicts the Bible story of Daniel — a man of strong convictions and faith who was punished for his beliefs by a king who was swayed by vanity and bad advice.

Although Daniel's faith was the reason he was thrown into the den of lions, it was this same true faith that ultimately saved him.
