Shopping for artwork at Christ-Centered Art
is 100% safe and guaranteed!
Christ-Centered Art only ships prints that
are in excellent condition, free from folds,
tears, creases, wrinkles, smudges and other
imperfections that could diminish the value
of your artwork.
If your art order is received damaged, it is
most likely the result of shipping mishap.
Please contact us within 24 hours of
receipt so we can arrange a pick-up. You
will then have the option of having the print
replaced free of charge or having your
account credited.
If your order is delivered to you with
obvious damage or with broken glass,
please do not open the package. You may
refuse the package and have the carrier
return the package to sender. Please call
1-919-528-7777 to let us know so we can
arrange a replacement shipment.
If damage to your order is discovered
after the package has been opened, please
contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You
may call us or fill out our e-mail form,
select "Return Policy" as the subject, and
type "Damaged Order" in the Comments.
If for some reason you place an order then
suddenly decide to cancel before your order
has been processed and shipped, we will
promptly cancel your transaction at no cost
to you. This also applies if an item is out
of stock or backordered.
If your order has already been processed
and prepared for shipment, an 8% fee will
be deducted from the cancellation refund.
Perhaps you found a print for a cheaper
price from another gallery. No problem!
Simply provide us with the print title and
the sale price of the competitor with their
website address. We most likely can beat
their price to make it worth your while!
Note: All price matching must be done
before a sale is finalized. Once an order is
processed, the sale is final.
All sales are final since a large majority of
our prints are shipped from other vendors.
The only exceptions include incidents due
to shipping mishap and special situations
at our discretion.
Any return must be authorized by us first.
If we do authorize a return, merchandise
must be received back in original condition
and undamaged, or it will be refused. The
purchaser is responsible for all shipping
charges. Refunds are subject to a 10% fee
for restocking, and some items are only
returnable for store credit.
