To find out when you will receive an item,
you need to consider the availability of
the item you ordered, the order processing
time, and your shipping option.
Order processing time refers to the time
required to fill your order and process your
payment. In the winter months, numerous
orders accumulate over a short period of
time, so order processing may take longer.
If you would like to avoid a lag time, you can
add a $10.00 in-house rush fee and we will put
your order ahead of the others.
With standard shipping, you can expect to
receive your shipment at your front door
anywhere from 7 to 14 days after you place
your order. Items which are out of stock
may take a week or two longer.
The most common reasons for availability
delays are as follows:
- The Publishing House is behind in their framing production or is waiting to receive more framing materials.
- The Publishing House is waiting for the artist to come in and sign newly printed art.
- The Publishing House has not yet set a ship date on a new release.
- One of our suppliers currently does not have a particular item in stock.
Please note: All customers will be notified
via e-mail or telephone if their order will be
delayed beyond the normal delivery time.
If you have waited longer than 3 days
without receiving any order confirmation or
shipping status, please submit a tracking
request.
