Welcome to our Store Policy page, where
we have briefly highlighted some of our
main terms and gallery policies.
All purchases are subject to availability.
Due to the constant fluctuation of the art
market, print prices and inventory can
change rapidly. We at Christ-Centered Art
make every effort to keep the information
on our website current; however, some
items shown may have recently sold out
or changed in price.
If you would like more information
concerning our pricing and availability,
please read our Gallery Disclaimer.
All prints listed on our website are in mint
condition and not previously displayed.
They are packaged with the utmost care
to help avoid shipping damage.
Currently, we are not offering custom
framing on the art prints shown on our site.
Although most prints do not come framed,
some have one or more framing options
listed on the web page with the prices.
Thomas Kinkade canvases are available in
four Thomas Kinkade frames.
If you wish to purchase art from us, you
can do so by any of these convenient
methods: phone, internet, fax, or mail.
All payment must be in U.S. dollars.
Orders are shipped prepaid via credit card,
check, cashiers check, or money order.
Listed prices on our website do not include
shipping, handling, & insurance charges
unless the item is listed with free shipping.
Please note: Our free ground shipping
only applies to residents of the Continental
U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada,
and other overseas locations require a
shipping surcharge.
All prints purchased from our company are
shipped via UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal
Service and take anywhere from 3-5 days
to arrive at your doorstep after shipment.
We do offer express shipping as well. See
our Shipping Rates page for more details.
A 7% sales tax applies to all orders
purchased from residents living in the
state of North Carolina.
A GST may apply to orders shipped to
Canada via FedEx or UPS. Please note: It
is the customer's responsibility to pay this
customs fee tax.
If a tracking number is available, you can
track your order online so you will know
when to expect it on your doorstep.
All sales are final unless they meet certain
exceptions outlined on our Return Policy.
You can reserve an art print of your choice
with our Layaway plan and have up to two
months to pay for it.

Christ-Centered Art does not and cannot
provide permission to use images found on
our website. For additional details, please
visit our Using Our Images page.
Although we do not provide free appraisals
over the phone, we now offer an art
Appraisal Service. A nominal fee for our
research time provides a written answer to
your appraisal query.
Our Art Classifieds page is a great way to
sell paintings you own by the artists sold
on our site. The advertising fee provides
a one-year classified listing and we don't
require a commission.
Our normal business hours are 10:00 AM
to 8:00 PM EST Monday through Saturday.
We are closed on Sunday and on major
business holidays. After store hours, you
may leave a message to reserve a print,
and we will have someone promptly return
your call.
If by any chance you experience a problem
with your order, please call us. Problems
may occur when a distributor (on our behalf)
fails to ship out a print on time or when a
mail carrier damages a print before it is
delivered. Whatever the problem may be,
please notify us within 48 hours of receipt
and we will do our best to resolve it in a
prompt and efficient manner.
